Regardless of your volume of pages to be scanned, DDPSI will convert your materials into the desire digital format such as Searchable PDF, TIFF or JPEG documents.

As part of our Document Conversion Services, our Conversion Staff will perform the following tasks on your materials:

• Document Preparation - Remove all staples, paper and binder clips, and unfold and flatten.
• Document Scanning - Scan your materials using Kodak's scanners.
• Quality Check - Inspect all scanned images for quality.
• Special Image Handling - Perform special handling to document images such as redaction or manual rotation.
• Document Indexing - Key index any meta-data information such as the name of the document.
• Document Processing - Create the desire output digital format.

Once your document is converted to your desire format, our Conversion Staff will compose a CD or DVD containing all of your digital materials.
